I’d been looking for a bath bomb fragrance free as I struggle with strong perfume smells, they make me cough. This fitted the bill.
No reaction with my daughters eczema.
Brilliant, she can finally enjoy a bath bomb.
Chamomile Fizz Bath Bomb
Apple cider vinegar has become one of the most sought-after ingredients in skincare routines. This natural ingredient comes with several benefits that leave your skin looking and feeling clean, soft, and healthy.
There are several compounds found in ACV that balance out the skin perfectly. It can prevent acne, remove dark spots, combat signs of ageing, and much more. No wonder it has become a trusted ingredient these days!
Yes, apple cider vinegar works great on dark spots due to its antibacterial and anti fungal properties. A tablespoon of ACV mixed with two tablespoons of purified water, is the perfect mix to dab on dark spots. Use cotton balls to apply small amounts to affected areas. Do this 2 to 3 times a week for the best results. Applying ACV on skin removes bacteria, unclogs pores and prevents ugly breakouts too.
Mix a tablespoon of ACV with two cups of water, soak a cotton ball in it, and pat onto your face. The astringent properties balance the skin’s pH levels. ACV contains AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) that exfoliates, brightens and smoothes skin beautifully. It effectively sloughs off dead skin cells, reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps with scarring and pigmentation as well.
As mentioned above, using ACV as toner can minimise pigmentation. You could add a few drops of an essential oil to give the mixture a more pleasant aroma. Try tea tree, lavender, or chamomile oil. Leave the toner on for a couple of minutes before rinsing off with warm water and follow up with moisturiser.
Apply apple cider vinegar once a week before integrating it into your beauty routine on a daily basis. Slowly increase the time ACV stays on your face, without exceeding 15 minutes.
